About these terms

This website and the Headroom demo are operated by Chemlogic Ltd (Registered in England and Wales, company no. 17456805). By using the site you accept these terms. Use of Headroom in a pilot or paid service is governed by a separate written agreement.

Decision support only

Headroom supports operators' own compliance decisions; responsibility for storage and safety decisions remains with the duty-holder.

Headroom does not replace the duty-holder's obligations under COMAH 2015, DSEAR 2002 or any other law, nor the advice of a competent person. Results depend on the accuracy of the inventory, classification and site data entered.

The demo

The demo runs on illustrative data for a fictional site. Its figures do not describe any real site, operator or customer and must not be relied on for any real decision.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Do not use automated means to scrape or overload the site.
• Do not upload material you do not have the right to share.

Intellectual property

The content, software and design of this site belong to Chemlogic Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of Headroom.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the site or demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.
